The Harrison Process is a
practical approach to peak performance in economics and lifestyle
that I developed throughout the last decade, integrating various
theoretical ideas and practical principles including systems
thinking (specifically bifurcation theory), the Lyapunov function,
risk analysis, Wu wei (the Chinese concept of the action that has no
action), the law of attraction, shamanically-based trance work,
intuition, motivational thinking, mathematics, the awareness of the
relationship between cause and effect, the Pareto Principles, and
the Theory of Constraints (with particular attention to time as a
factor in decision making, and the writings and ideas of the
Anthropologist Joseph Campbell).
In my work with hundreds
of students, I realized that there are essentially two types of
learning: 1) Traditional, or what I like to call “In the box
leaning”, the type that takes place within a pre-existing set of
assumptions, and 2) visionary or “out of the box learning”, one that
requires a shift in thinking about and a willingness to abandon or
transcend a set of assumptions. If a person or organization wishes
to actualize full potential, than the latter is the more important
kind of the two forms of learning.
Changes within a given set
of assumptions happen quite easily once the learner is motivated.
What is the greatest motivator? Passion!
Life is full of messages
and lessons,
There is no such thing as
failure,
Yet, all of us can do
better.
At one time or another, we
all make poor choices. These poor choices can
send us into a downward spiral or become the foundation for wiser
choices.
For each of us there is a
next step,
Some untapped potential,
Emotionally, spiritually,
physically, biochemicallly, economically, Some unfulfilled
potential,
Inch by inch, step by
step, day by day, with the correct intention we can become our full,
authentic, realized self.
It is better to take these
steps with a mentor or coach at one’s side than trying to go it
alone.
We all need support.
The Harrison Process is
more than theory; it is a practical approach to applying an
emotionally intelligent passion to learning and doing. When an
individual applies this system, a door opens that will allow them
to:
• Make a
measurable difference in the lives of others.
•
Eliminate all unnecessary struggle from life.
•
Experience a true sense of joy, passion, and accomplishment.
•
Achieve economic independence.
This is the essence of
Personal Development. This is my mission and the mission of the
center, to provide this support!
